A small act of kindness goes a long way. Recently, a video went viral after showing a GrabFoood rider’s compassion in helping a blind pedestrian cross the street.
Recorded by a car driver at Masjid Lama Batu 6 in Gombak, the video shows a blind man with a walking stick standing under a traffic signal by the road.
The GrabFood delivery man then enters the frame and parks his motorcycle in order to assist the blind pedestrian.

The delivery man takes the blind man’s hand and starts walking with him as the traffic light turns red. He continues to do so until the blind man reached safely on the other side of the road.
After helping the blind pedestrian, the delivery man then heads back to his motorcycle and continues on with his job.
The video, uploaded on the popular video-sharing platform days ago, has garnered over 32.8k likes and 1,842 comments. Many applauded the gesture and said that it inspired them to constantly do good deeds.
As Malaysians, we should always help each other and those in need.
