On 18th May 2023, Veritas University College (VUC) and SIM Education Group signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to establish a comprehensive and effective training programme, specifically focusing on students interested in pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education.
This partnership will feature a Work-Based Learning Project, whereby aspiring educators will have the opportunity to gain practical work experience and access professional development opportunities.
VUC and SIM Education Group are committed to grooming Early Childhood educators, who will be key in playing a significant role in the initial development of young learners. This smart collaboration between two names synonym to quality education, is also set to pave the way for more skilled and qualified professionals who will be equipped with the right foundation in core concepts of Early Childhood.
SIM Education Group’s CEO, Winston Yeoh affirmed,

This collaboration hopes to encourage SPM and school-leavers to pursue this field of study as it is crucial to build a pool of pre-school teachers who will use creative and effective teaching techniques to improve a child’s performance and development and educate every child to contribute to the society/community."
