Man uses 893,000 Grab Points To Buy iPhone 14 Pro Max and Saves RM5,400 In Total

Back in the days, one could collect certain points by cutting out coupons from newspapers and magazines, but these days, it is all digital reward points.

While many may not be too savvy when it comes to this, a man, identified as Ng recently proved just how much one can save by diligently collecting such reward points.

Though the reward points on his GrabPay Wallet, he was able to buy an iPhone 14 Pro Max worth RM6,299 by paying just RM883.30.

He recently shared a screenshot of him exchanging 893,590 points for RM5,415.70 on an online store using GrabPay.

“(My) GrabPay points were still a little short to exchange for a free iPhone 14 Pro Max. (I got to) keep working hard,” he wrote in the caption.

It was later reported that Ng spends about RM10,000 with GrabPay every month.

“GrabPay has a limit of RM10,000 in spending in a month.”

When asked what his trick was to getting so many points on GrabPay, he said it all boils down to avoiding the temptation to use the points for the entire year.
