Jofliam's Pizza Recipe Gains Approval in Italy After Winning Stellar Top Four

What started as a hobby during the Movement Control Order (MCO) has now become a global winning recipe in Italy.

Representing Malaysia, Jofliam’s pizza is now approved by a Pizza Chef, Certified Pizzaiolo.
Cik Epal, Jofliam’s wife has taken the liberty to highlight her husband’s magnificent achievement in her social media platform.
"It's very difficult for Italians to carry another country's flag, but Salva is able to do it for @jofliam. Thank you Salva. 50 teams from across Italy including the US and one team representing Malaysia.
"From being a hobby during the PKP period, now @jofliam is officially certified Chef Pizza @ certified Pizzaiolo.”
According to Cik Epal, the competition of consisted of a total of 50 contesting teams and Jofliam's team won fourth place.
Meanwhile, Jofliam stated that he worked hard on his own and did not receive any support or funding.
"All the costs were paid for by myself from the start because I was willing to do so.”
While Italians may have set high standards in terms of making pizza, Jofliam managed to break the glass ceiling by being the first Malaysian to bring about a change. He thanks Malaysians for showing great support to him and the Italians for being accepting to his capabilities.
Jofliam started his wagyu pizza around 2021 and stole the spotlight instantly through their generous initiative of helping the flood victims.
