Set for release on December 20, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom will see Momoa reluctantly teaming up with his brother, Orm, the former King of Atlantis, to take down the Black Manta.

This time Black Manta is more formidable than ever before, wielding the power of the mythic Black Trident, which unleashes an ancient and evil force.
The sequel is set to be much bigger than the original considering its new characters and locations.
Black Manta is still driven by the need to avenge his father's death and will stop at nothing to take Aquaman down this time.
Together, Aquaman and Orm must set aside their differences in order to protect their kingdom and save Aquaman’s family, and the world, from irreversible destruction.
Apart from Momoa, Patrick Wilson is King Orm, Amber Heard as Queen Mera, Yahya Abdul Mateen II as Black Manta and Dolph Lundgren as King Nereus.
The Lost Kingdom ought to be an interesting ride as Aquaman and Orm work together this time around, having been foes for the entirety of the first film.
