Is Chapter 4 the last or will John Wick live to fight another day?

John Wick fans are probably counting the days before Chapter 4 premieres on May 23, next year, with ever popular, Keanu Reeves once again, reprising his role as the titular assassin.

This time around, with the price on his head ever increasing, the legendary hit man takes his fight against the High Table global.

He seeks out the most powerful players in the underworld, from New York to Paris, Japan to Berlin.

Joining Reeves are Laurence Fishburn (The Matrix), Donnie Yen (Ip Man), Japanese-British pop singer Rina Sawayama, Hiroyuki Sanada (Army Of The Dead), Marko Zaror (From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series).

Others are Shamier Anderson (Wynonna Earp), Bill Skarsgård (It: Chapter Two), Scott Adkins (The Bourne Ultimatum), and Clancy Brown (The Shawshank Redemption).

At the end of the third chapter, Fishburne, The Bowery King had forged an alliance with Wick and together, they will be a formidable opponent for the High Table

The film will also feature plenty of newcomers to the franchise. That includes the legendary (Donnie) Yen. The actor will play an old friend of Wick's.

The two share a long history, as well as many similar enemies. Sounds to us like Yen might be another deadly assassin.

Sanada is also getting in on the fun. The 60-year-old Japanese actor will join Wick in the latest venture. Sanada recently starred in Mortal Kombat and Zack Snyder's Army of the Dead.

He's also appeared in major comic book movies like Avengers: Endgame and The Wolverine. But his film acting career dates back to the 1960s, and includes work under Japanese directors including Masahiro Makino, Teruo Ishii, Kinji Fukasaku, and more.

John Wick: Chapter 4 might very well have figured a way out for its title anti-hero, but if the movie performs as well as the entire franchise has, it's possible Wick will live to fight another day.
